Since Bo accomplishes the foundation and framing personally, he is on-site constantly during the heavy construction phase. Once dried in, he allows highly professional subs to work with daily supervision. I accomplished much of the project living out of town but Bo called me at least daily for updates or inputs. He is always looking for better and more innovative ideas to incorporate into the process. Since he only takes on one house project at a time, you have his undivided attention while he builds your home.
