“Michael was extremely exceptional with his service from beginning to end. I wasn’t really even sure what I was going for with my bathroom remodel and he was amazing with guiding me on ideas with what’s modern, traditional or a mix of both. Execution was on point and I could not be happier. I get so many compliments on the design and quality of work. Definitely recommend him, and he will be who I call to do my kitchen remodel, as well.”

“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“I'm unsure if this is a duplicate review but Pryor did an excellent job of explaining the best way of doing the work. New front porch was expertly constructed and under budget. Craftsmanship outstanding. I thought I had to do new foundation work but he showed me the issue was the downspout. They saved me a lot of money..All work was timely and under budget. I had a minor issue with a Window, I called and without asking any questions they came over and fixed the problem for free. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Joe and his team at Core Remodel did an amazing job with our kitchen rehab in the West Loop. We interviewed numerous contractors for the job, but Joes experience and great price got them the job. His team arrived on time everyday and worked extra hard to get the job done in the time promised. They were very tidy as well and cleaned up after their work each day which was very nice since we were living there through the rehab. We couldn't be happier with how our kitchen turned out, absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend working with Core Remodel group for your next project!”
