“Highly recommend! Pacific Precision Builders is thorough, detailed, punctual, affordable and efficient from beginning to end. We went through the process with them of building and designing our home from the ground up and we could not be happier with the results. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. I especially appreciated the design help as that is not my forte. Their design specialist met with us several times and continued to research out options until we found the perfect combo for layout and materials. The building & install phase was fast and went smoothly, dovetailing perfectly with plumbing & electrical subcontractors. These guys know their stuff!”

“My wife and I remodeled our home in Kailua while still living on the East Coast. As you can imagine, we were very nervous about managing this project from 5,000 miles away. It was the entire first floor which included a bathroom and kitchen. He also painted the second level of our home. Luckily we were put in contact with Eric and his team and had an very enjoyable experience. From start to finish, Eric gave us verbal and pictorial updates on the project. If he didn’t like the way something looked, he immediately changed it. We came in on time and on budget, as Eric does not nickel and dime at all. I really can’t say enough about this team. I highly recommend them. If you ask Eric, I’m happy to show you our project.”

Custom structural elements, unique kitchen and bath , custom concrete work and so many other elements have set our home apart others. We had a great experience from the design to the completion. Don't hesitate to use them on your project, you won't be disappointed. They had a skilled, courtesy crew and kept to their timeline. No detail was overlooked. “Pat Gill and his crew were honest, professional, responsive, respectful, fair and did exceptional work. Pat is very patient and has a keen eye for detail. The construction process from start to finish was actually really enjoyable, as Pat was easy to work with and was extremely open and responsive to any questions we had throughout the project. I have very high expectations for service, quality and pricing and I believe that working with Pat was money well spent. Not only did he stay within our budget, but our home was completed perfectly on schedule. We love our home and we have referred many people to Pat. I have received positive feedback from all of my friends and clients who have worked with Pat, as well! Pat is a GREAT contractor and I highly recommend him!”
