I especially like the fact that if he runs into any problems due to previous poor quality workmanship, he will tell me and then correct it. The price was better then others that quoted. Tony is responsive and helpful. I would have given five stars except that the site clean-up was not what it should have been, with construction debris being left behind. I would say having to clean-up afterwards was a small inconvenience compared to the amount saved by going with HRock.”

We had a complete bathroom remodel and a few extra additions to our home. We've had a couple different contractors that we've worked with over the years but the quality of work from Jacob and his team has definitely been the best we have experienced. Everyone was very personable and courteous. Jacob was easy to get in touch with which can be an issue with many contractors. Cost of work was rarely over estimates, most of which were from unforeseen issues that goes along with owning an older home. We were also informed of any additional costs prior to work being done. We had a great experience with Sensible Build and love the work and service they provided.”
