“Our boat house back wall was caving in. We hired Washa Construction to replace the wooden wall with concrete block. Since the driveway is quite a distance from the lake, there was a lot of manual work hauling dirt from the boat house to the dumpster and concrete block and cement to the boat house. They also had to build temporary walls to support the roof during the construction project. The guys did this during the hotest part of the summer. The job turned out great! “We live in Waunakee and wanted to have a brick patio installed to replace our 25 year old original concrete slab in the back of our house. Russ and Garrett came to our house and gave use great recommendations on how to maximize our space for dining and a fire pit. They came up with a custom design that flows with the house and is unique! What most impressed us was the quality of the construction. They dug a deep base, filled and compacted the stone and sand so it was dead solid. We have had the patio for two full years and not a brick has shifted! They also did a great job with the landscaping and finishing of the job, repairing the grass in the yard, mulching and planting perennials so the deck is virtually maintenance free. “Beckman Builders, LLC with Karl Beckman as the owner recently competed a couple projects for me and delivered an exceptional job in quality workmanship, efficiency and cleanliness during and after the completion of the projects. Beckman Builders provided guidance and selection for replacing 2 bathroom exhaust fans which needed a retrofit and they perform exceptioanlly well. A garage service door replacement was also needed and Karl advised and recommended a solution that is functioning very well and will provide a very long and maintenance free service life. “WE used Schorr Construction, Inc when we had a flood in our basement. They were super professional, did an fantastic job putting in another sump pump and adding a trough in the concrete in the basement, taking out any mold and making us feel confident that a flood would not happen again. They had to take apart the finished basement floor area and after drilling and creating the trough in the concrete all around the basement, they had to put it all back together again. Loved this company.”
