“Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

“Repaired a number of issues with the exterior of our house including rotted sofet and replaced the asphalt roof on our porch with a rubber roof (the roof was done by a sub I believe). The work was done int he time expected time frame and looks good. Workers were friendly and kept the work area's clean.”

His estimate was spot-on when the final billing arrived, despite unanticipated additional work on our porch, and his crew were as thorough as a homeowner could ask for. “We had seen a kitchen and bath project done by Cambridge Home Renovations(CHR) so when the GC we hired for our home renovation disappeared from our project , we sought out Rod to estimate finishing the job. We hired CHR. We are so pleased with the quality of the work, attention to detail, good communication and the job getting done right. Our front porch, side entrance and rear porch look fabulous (minus the columns and railings for the front we Finally can order!) - not only does the finish work look great but mistakes made by the first GC were corrected!”

“We are extremely delighted to provide a review on our experience working with Trinity Refinishing and Remodeling company for enhancing our existing deck. It was a great pleasure to work with Yuri and his crew throughout the entire process. Right from the start when we were reaching out to several contractors about our deck project, Yuri stopped by multiple times upon our request to patiently answer all our questions and provide good insights and design options on the concerns we had on the expansion of the deck. Once the project was awarded to him, Yuri immediately filed a permit with the town and was diligently answering all the questions that town had related to the work. Upon approval of the permit from the town (which took almost a month), Yuri immediately started the work the very next day with his experienced crew. The crew were so dedicated and punctual that the work got completed within 7 days when it was supposed to take more than 2 weeks. Yuri's project planning was impeccable, as there was not even a single hour during the day when his crew was idle due to lack of material or direction. Their dedication and attention to detail is really praiseworthy. Yuri has all the required professionals (plumber, electrician, designer, engineers etc) at his disposal that he can have them come over as needed when unforeseen hurdles creep up. They did all they could to keep the customer happy even if it required extra work that they hadn't signed up for in the beginning. Yuri is very considerate to not charge anything extra when unexpected issues come up in the project execution and he had to leverage other professionals to resolve the issues and move forward. I haven't come across any contractor till now who doesn't charge to resolve the issues that are not directly related to them. Me and my wife are really happy to find a contractor like Yuri to work with. We were lucky to find the right person/company to approach for all our future house projects. We really loved the overall experience and quality of work that was delivered by Yuri and his crew. Way to go Trinity Refinishing and Remodeling. Keep up the excellent work!”

In fact, the standard of excellence, integrity and flawless co-ordination of the Steeplechase team is unparalleled in our extensive experience with the many major home remodeling projects that we have done over the the past 20 years. To top it all a detailed comprehensive contract has kept the project surprisingly on budget. In addition, we are extremely impressed with Steeplechase Builders' highly skilled team of meticulous subcontrators for their adherence to the contract's promised seamlessly co-ordinated schedule, date of completion and fair pricing which is very rare in the building industry.”
