“We were very impressed with Alair Homes when they built our home in late 2014/early 2015. One thing we have found outstanding is the work done under their warranty over one year later. No item is too small for them to fix up so the customer is totally satisfied with the work they did. Things like paint touch ups, nail pops and a cabinet door being a little out of line were fixed quickly. We had a wood beam at the top of our entrance which had twisted and they replaced the center beam and supporting timbers and it looks better than when it was first done. In talking to some other people who have had homes built by some other builders they have certainly not had the same level of service that we've had after the home is built. We only had to send one email to get everything done, where our friends had to harrass the builder for months to get some things fixed.
