We found him on Angie's List and he had great reviews. He was the only person that provided me with a written quote of service and pretty much the only one that seemed willing and capable of taking on the task. Some of the other contractors in this area of the panhandle only deal with "million-dollar homes" and others seem to run contracting as a side-business (less focused). You can tell James like to work and he worked with us to get the job done even a few days faster than he estimated. The cost was agreeable and no additional costs were incurred. He stuck to the price, the timeline and his word. These are some of the projects he knocked out for us in less than a month. 1. Removed popcorn ceilings/retexture (1600 sq ft home) 2. Removed 3 walls and installed beam in attic which opened up dining room to kitchen and front door area. Relocated electrical outlets/light switches 3. Relocated and Installed new Eco/hybrid-water heater 4. Installed 3 ceiling fans/kitchen lighting/dining lighting 5. Installed new wood fence around back yard (at least 130 foot) and took down a few trees to make room.”
