From our first meeting, Dwain was great to deal with, friendly, listened to what we were after and our concerns (we were building in Brisbane whilst living in Sydney), accommodating and provided valuable feedback on all aspects given this was our first build. All the specifications and price of the build were laid out from the beginning and Dwain took the time to talk through all our questions in detail (thanks for your patience!) to make sure we were comfortable with everything and to ensure there were no surprises. All the inclusions were of a high standard. The build itself was seamless, we were provided regular updates on the progress of the build and there were no delays from the original timetable. The standard of building is very high and 14 months down the track we have have found no major faults. Two aspects of the building process stand out - firstly that there was no problem or challenge that Duayne could not find a solution to and secondly that the building team moved heaven and earth to ensure that our request to move into our home before Christmas was met.
