“It all started with meeting Jason Nicholls, the sales consultant of Ownit Homes, I walked into a display home in Upper Coomera and there I met Jason. What an asset to the company, he is kind and friendly, not pushy at all and so helpful. Nothing is ever too much for him. And he follows up with everything. Next is the back office team in particular Nikki Lennon and Angela Black. I have asked them both so many questions and they never got irritable with me and they explained everything to me in a language I could understand. And lastly, Mark, the site supervisor, he is as friendly as the rest and phones me every week to let me know how the construction is going. (A very nice touch) My new home is on time and on budget. I would really recommend Ownit Homes to anyone that is thinking of building a new home.”

“We interviewed 5 companies and requested full quotes from 3 to do our family home addition (3 bedrooms, lounge room, bathroom, kitchenette, Laundry and carport). From those we chose Sonic Construction to do the work and could not have been happier with the entire experience. We have done 8 projects over the years in NSW ranging from renovations to complete house builds and this has been by far the easiest one! We moved from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast where we did not know anyone, and so had to chose based on the quote and the interaction we had with each company before hand. We did not have complete architects plans for Todd, owner of Sonic Construction, to work with, which meant that the project needed someone who could communicate effectively and honestly with us - which he did. He is passionate about the work he does and is dedicated to producing something that both the client and he are happy with. He managed many difficult aspects of our build with patience, creativity and effective solutions to the challenges! He was at all times professional with a vast amount of building knowledge. The quality of work is excellent and he met all deadlines and worked within the budget. When doing a job like this you need someone who can talk easily and openly with, who is honest and does a great job. We got this and much more from Todd and Sonic Construction.”

“We have just moved into our beautiful home built by McLachlan Homes. We could not be happier with the end result - it has surpassed our expectations. Our experience with the sales and design team was exceptional. Adam was extremely patient, methodical, professional and committed to providing us with a design solution that met all our requirements. Building a house can be stressful and undoubtedly has challenges and issues that require resolution. Our experience was no different, however, while challenges arose through the process we received an excellent and understanding response to any of our concerns. A slow start to construction was remedied with a completion date occurring several months in advance of the anticipated end date. All trade personnel working on our project were polite, helpful and respectful. Again any issues were resolved readily. Cost variations were minimal and variations were the result of our choices to include significant improvements to the project. I would happily recommend McLachlan Homes for anyone considering building a new home.”

“We engaged James to add a 50sq/m extension to our home, taking it from a 3 bed/1 bath to a 4 bed/2 bath. The end-to-end process took approx. 4 months. Overall, we could not be happier with the final output. The extension is seamless and the workmanship is of a high quality. He clearly has a an eye for detail. “We hired Campbell Builders to build our deck. The first impression we had of Michael was very favourable as he arrived to give us a quote exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and apart from being very friendly he knew exactly what he was talking about. We had no hesitation in hiring him to do the job as his quote was based on exact costs of materials. The job took the time that he had quoted on and he finished on time. Michael's appearance was always neat and clean and he is a very tidy worker. The finished result was beautiful and we are still very happy with it over a year later.
