“I required a fireplace for my living room that was to be a feature and change the rooms perspective. From the initial call and then visit to the shop I could not have been more grateful for the assistance I received. I have very limited knowledge of fireplaces and my wife had some specific requests and nothing was an issue. The fireplace was ordered and arrived within good time and I was constantly updated throughout the process. Excellent customer service.”

“We are just full of praise for The Heating Centre - they did an absolutely super job for us! We needed advice and they helped us to decide on the most appropriate fire and stove for our new build house. “Darren and the team did a super job. I was very concerned about the mess with removal of brickwork, plastering etc and I can't fault them. The place was kept super clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to talk us through options and work with us to get the best result, all whilst being good humoured and professional. Fit and finish was to a super standard and we're delighted with the result. Very highly recommended.”

“This is a first class service. The quote experience was informative without stifling my ideas of what I wanted. Sam took into consideration my budget with his recommendations. The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard. I can rest assured knowing my wood burner and all the fittings are safe and meet regulations, and I will be reminded about having the chimney swept next year. Brilliant.”
