“I contacted Bill via email thru Hazelmere's website, and he was quick to reply. He was very helpful and quickly understood exactly the look we were going for in our new build. We were under a very tight timeline and were ordering from out of province, which caused some concern. He assured me that he and his team could meet our deadline and provide a quality product. They did just that !! The package arrived and when I opened the crate was so pleased we had gone with this company. Our mantle is exactly as we had envisioned. They took our conversations and created a beautiful piece of art which we will use to display our treasures for years to come. With so much to learn and do, we appreciated how creative, flexible, and professional Foxcraft was. From consultation and design, to timely delivery and installation, Foxcraft exceeded our expectations. We wanted our fireplace in the great room to be a stunning feature, and it truly is. It has all the design and feature elements we love and wanted, including an electrical outlet hidden in the mantle top (so that we can plug in Christmas and other lights without needing an extension cord). We simply love it.”
