We have had him back to build a custom sewing studio where he built all the cabinetry from scratch, maximized the use of space, and added custom features that make a huge usability difference. Not only is he a top shelf carpenter, but he is also a creative designer, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and above all else he is an excellent communicator who, get this, does what he says he's going to do, when he says he is going to do it. “Grain did a fantastic job building our dining room table. I was looking for someone to design and build a specific type of table. I couldn't find the one I wanted (and I looked everywhere!). The table needed to be rustic and also a bit modern. I told him I also wanted this table to withstand kids, so he was great about giving me finishing options that were non-toxic. I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted it to look like and gave Brandon some sample images that I liked, but the rest was up to him. He showed me the first design and nailed it! Exactly what I was looking for. The table is just beautiful and one-of-a-kind - you can tell the level of craftsmanship just by looking at it. This is a table that will hopefully be passed down through the generations. It is so solidly built! Brandon was also so easy to work with and very responsive throughout the entire process. He even showed me pictures of the table during the building process! I will definitely hire Brandon again to do a few more custom pieces I have in mind.”
