“LKM Design completed a whole house renovation (and major addition) with us. I say "with us" versus "for us" intentionally. She listened to all of our thoughts , comments, concerns during the design process. In turn, this lead to a very smooth construction process. She was a true professional, as was her staff. “I have hired Ernie DeMaio on numerous occasions over the last 20 years for both residential and commercial architectural services. To me it's very basic. He delivers a great product for a fair price. On time. Everytime. He can handle anything from large scale commercial projects to simple sun room additions. His designs incorporate all that I request and more, he gives me all the details & specifications I need to build it easily, and my clients are always happy at the end. They took the time to explain to me and my husband what needed to be done and very often gave us helpful ideas. We went into the project with a strong idea of what we wanted. Mat not only helped us bring those ideas to life, he also offered ways to improve upon those ideas in ways that I could never have thought of. “Laine redesigned our 19th century Queen Anne Victorian, helped us find our builder and shepherded us through the entire project which included a complete renovation of the kitchen, third floor master suite, main entryway, deck and the addition of a cupola. His attention to detail is superb: floor plan, windows, doors, details in moulding and direction on lighting and fixtures. He was unfailingly calm and reassuring with us and with our builder and was always available to guide us through difficult decisions. We discovered fire damage to our roof during the project and Laine worked quickly with our builder to find a solution and kept the project on schedule. The finished project won a local award for a renovation that stayed true to the architecture of the period.”

“"Coming in here is like being on holiday" - a comment by an infrequent visitor upon entering our superbly-renovated Cape Cod cottage, designed by Siemasko + Verbridge - our sentiments exactly! Siemasko + Verbridge pay great attention to detail and they listen and also sense just what we needed and would like. We enjoy open spaces, an abundance of sunlight, and wonderful colours, as well as touches that surprise and amuse. This is my favourite home of all time and we take pleasure in it every day and in all seasons. Working with Thad and Jean was a delight and great fun.”
