“Kevin Crozier designed our Boathouse with living quarters above. Our footprint was pre-determined by local bylaws, which was a limitation.He listened carefully to our needs, from both a function, direction of light and shade, and style point of view. He put together three very different draft plans, all of which surprisingly, met our criterion. After careful deliberation, we concluded that the plan that we initially liked the least, was by far and away the best for our needs.
