The kitchen and bathrooms were gutted, and we added a new office, bedroom, bathroom, Master bedroom, Master bath, walk in closet, and downstairs rec room. Rod initially presented us with three options, and we were able to pick the one that best met our needs and budget. From there, he oversaw the project every step of the way, including demolition, construction, selections (insulation, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, etc.) and finishing. He managed our contractor and made sure they were working according to the blueprints and our specification.
