“We bought an home that had been built in the 1950's in Tampa, Florida. It had been added to by previous owners and was a stylistic mess. It was very run down too. I hired the Architect Bradley Smith to renovate the home. He did an amazing job in sprucing it up and making it look more cohesive. The exterior was beautiful after he was finished renovating it. He was very careful about details too. He has wonderful taste. He was easy to work with and we worked well together. He stayed within the budget limits and was very professional. I highly reccomend him.”

“I did a complete interior renovation of my Florida home. My home is Approximately 3000 square feet with four baths and one large kitchen. It required structural changes to accommodate my plans which was all included in the services provided. Todd Yeomans provided full service architectural services complete with virtual 3D renderings and complete construction drawings. Todd also provided design ideas which were we incorporated in the final renovation. Todd is reasonably priced and very responsive and reliable. I highly recommend him.”
