It's nearly 3 years since work started and we are still as pleased with the results as we were when it was first completed. The initial meetings quickly demonstrated that Gavin understood our brief of what we wanted and why we needed it. The resulting plan was a really exciting change for the house with bold creative elements which also integrated the practical solutions that at the time we were desperate for.

“Sandy from Block 9 designed for us a large and very quirky 'butterfly roof' extension which is a delight to use as a day to day family eating and living space. The design is beautiful and was delivered despite the troublesome builder that we'd chosen! (Sorry, Sandy) Every aspect of the design and planning process was executed in a short time-frame with even last minute changes approved quickly. The overall result has been to add a bedroom, an extra bathroom and a massive living space to our modest terraced house.
I'd recommend Block 9 for even the trickiest of projects.”
