“My husband and I decided to add a first floor master on to our home. We spoke with several architects prior to meeting James Hess, that could not give us the look that we wanted on the exterior of the house. James helped us work through some tricky situations. We did not want our addition to look like an afterthought!! When the project was completed, the addition looked as though it should have always been there! I have recommended James to friends and neighbors. Thank you, James! We truly love the work that you provided for us!”

“US BES was top notch from start to finish. Very professional and detailed proposal followed up by full explanation of the special circumstances of our project. Work dates and times were clearly communicated and adhered to which made our lives much easier as we were managing a full time family during the project. Site was cleaned every day with no materials or garbage left behind and everything was completed on time and on budget. Furthermore, the owner of the Company was on site full time while all the work was being completed, it was not subcontracted out to someone else to complete the project. Would highly recommend US BES for any project you may be contemplating”

“We collaborated with Meyer Design for the interior design/decoration of a beautiful new home designed by their firm. They were consistently helpful providing us with floor plans, details and very knowledgeable, which helped us immensely when making field changes. Their help was crucial to provide the client with the best interior possible. They were always very professional and went out of their way to work on this project. They helped us meet deadlines and stay on budget. The home was (grand total) over 8,000 square feet that included a full finished basement.”

He takes everything into consideration and is incredibly creative in coming up with solutions that work functionally and look amazing aesthetically. John’s creativity and dedication to our project were exemplary. John’s calm demeanor yet forceful problem solving abilities proved instrumental in effecting a very successful result through often demanding external circumstances. In addition to the technical aspects of the project, John is extraordinarily easy to work with on everything from broad architectural concepts to the minute design details, from drawing through execution of construction. I would hire John Ballack again without hesitation knowing that architectural success would be the outcome.”

“was lucky to have had Mike recommended when I was talking about my wish to add a master suite with a friend. After an initial meeting about my wishes, he presented several different designs. They were all beautiful and I really appreciated Mike's eye for detail. After choosing and tweaking a design together, we got to work. Mike went above and beyond by personally helping me select components for the new bathroom. He was always available for questions and concerns I had throughout the construction process. He often came out to the site to check that the construction was being done to his satisfaction. The end result is the master suite I dreamed of!”
