“Brian's crew is top notch. Love my remodeled master bath room! They suggested using stacked stone around the fireplace and a barn door, where there had been no privacy in the bath previously. This absolutely makes the master bedroom/bath an oasis! They were very attentive to my suggestions and choices. They are extremely neat and I didn't even know they had been in the house at the end of the day, they cleaned up very thoroughly at the end of each day.”

A large project to redesign a fireplace area with drywall and granite. Enclose the back of the fireplace with drywall and a chair rail. Close up an interior window with drywall. Plumbing- kitchen faucet, tub drain and caulking. Electrical- addition of ceiling lights, basement workshop lights, workshop outlets, additional outlets for a bookcase, outdoor sensor lighting. Installation of ceiling fans. Sump pump repair, replacement of battery. Misc repairs with cabinet door hinges, minor roof repairs, installation of screen door. Every experience has been very positive. I get quick call backs, scheduling is flexible and timely. I appreciate the care in which projects are completed , from explanations and planning, quality of products and service, to clean up and follow up. They do affordable quality work and they believe in cleaning up their work area every day. They have completed the following projects in our home: family room and bathroom addition in an unfinished basement, bathroom and utility room remodel and a partial kitchen remodel. The project was done in a timely fashion and very professional throughout the job. When there were small problems they were quickly resolved. The kitchen was completely redone - they did all the demo, helped with design, installed cabinets, moved the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher to a new location. A granite company installed the countertops. We did have someone else instal new floor at their suggestion to save a little money (the new floor was for the living room, kitchen and laundry room). “Unique Kreations did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. Corey and his team removed outdated and worn down countertops in the kitchen and replaced with custom and modern epoxy coatings on the countertops that makes the kitchen feel more like home. Corey also replaced the kitchen sink and lighting fixtures and offered his recommendation when I asked his opinion. The bathroom was completely redone with new paint for the walls, new tile for the floor, a new toilet, bathroom sink, and walk-in shower that looks fabulous!
