“We love our new bathroom! It turned out exactly as we had hoped and planned, and we wouldn't change a thing. All thanks go to Blues Brothers Construction, and especially to Onn. We've done several remodels and this was the most fun and satisfying. Like the other remodels, there were problems and mistakes to be dealt with along the way. The difference with this company is how they handled the issues. In every case, they listened to our concerns without defensiveness and insisted on doing it correctly without shortcuts. Several times, I indicated I would be satisfied with a less expensive workaround, but Onn assigned someone immediately to do it right or even worked the issue himself. This often resulted in something better than we had originally envisioned. The employees and independent contractors were all very pleasant to work with. The tile installer was especially skilled at his craft and went above and beyond in making sure the tile went in perfectly. In a few cases, the installers were not very familiar with the products they were installing, but they were very receptive to our suggestions or pointing out where something was going off track, so everything turned out great in the end. Onn has set up very effective processes for his company. Communication was excellent and the employees and contractors were all aware of the schedule, daily tasks and routines, and the design plan. All the employees were very engaged and seemed to like and respect their employer. Onn's plans were very detailed and made it very easy to iterate on the design and track the construction progress. The professionalism of their process was similar to much larger, more expensive firms but, instead of resulting in increased costs like the others, we think it improved their efficiency and held down costs. As they stated, They are not the cheapest or most expensive contractor, and we found that to be true. The quote was very fair but what set them apart is that the estimate didn't change at all through the design process except for some very small additions that we clearly added. And the same price and schedule held through the entire project, again except for a few small changes we requested. Onn suggested several design tweaks that all improved the final product but all were no cost items and or very minor charges where they clearly needed to order more expensive materials. This was a vastly different experience from other contractors who promised a range of cost but grossly inflated the price after detailing the design even though nothing changed. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blues Brothers Construction for any home remodel and will gladly go to them again for our future needs.”

“We hired Toupin Construction to remove our master bathroom bathtub and install a stall shower and a stackable washer/dryer in its place. We had two additional quotes from other contractors and we felt Toupin Construction's quote was comparable in price but offered more in terms of aesthetics and prior experience with this type of remodel. From the beginning of the project to the final touches, the Toupin crew were wonderful. They were on time. They were respectful of our home and always cleaned up before they left for the day. If we had any concerns, they addressed them immediately. Each evening, we received a phone call from their office outlining what would happen the next day. Owner Tim Toupin stopped in almost every day to monitor the project's progress. These personal touches really meant a lot to us and made the project stay on schedule and run smoothly. “I worked with Inspired builders on my master bathroom remodeling back in 2021. I met David the project manager at the first meeting and he was very professional and honest. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, so after interviewing several companies I hired David and Inspired builders. We started with design, the designer was very thorough helping me choose my tiles and fixtures and took care of the permitting. David was often in my house running the project along with Antony the foreman and the crew. They were very professional and clean making sure my bed cloths are covered and protected. “I can't say enough about what a great experience it was to work with Wei and his team! My kitchen had an unexpected leak that led to mold, which damaged our cabinets and part of the surrounding wall. After having the space cleaned and dried out, we needed to hire a contractor to handle the remodeling of the entire kitchen. There were things that I didn't like about my kitchen before this happened (light switch was in the wrong place, sink was in an awkward spot, countertop was sloping, pantry was a sad closet with only four shelves, and wall was not perfectly straight), so we took this opportunity to remodel the kitchen the way we would like it to be. Wei came out and gave us some great ideas on kitchen design and flow. Then, we went to their showroom and picked out our tiles and found such beautiful materials to work with. He was great at getting back to me whenever we had questions or concerns. We ordered our appliances through him and his crew did all of the installation. We did have a few delays, but it was due to city inspections and illness, and Wei was always great about communicating with me and sending a crew on a Saturday if they wanted to make up time. And any time I had concerns about something, he was always quick to send someone over to fix whatever needed adjustment. The work that his crews did on our home was awesome and they fixed all of those things in our kitchen that used to drive me insane! I've already referred him to my friends and will definitely hire them again when we're ready to remodel our bathrooms!”

“First they came and give us an estimate that we really liked, we signed the contract to do the kitchen floors. Before they started the job I ask them to give me a price for the complete kitchen remodeling. again we liked the price and we signed the contract (BTW they helped us with financing the job). during the process we found out the electrical wiring needs to be replaced mike gave us very good price on that so we let them do it. they also gave us 3D design rendering that was great, we actually could see how the kitchen will look like.. Roy Mike and the team where very helpful they answered all of our concerns and even when we change things around they where very understanding and helped us to make our dream come true. we where very impressed when all city inspection pass at the first time. we love how our kitchen came out, it looks amazing like it came out of a catalog, its like living in a mention. we will use Baron construction again to do our roof in the in the near future. they did exactly what they promise and above. we are extremely happy that we choose Baron construction and remodeling to do our kitchen.”
