“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“OC Home Builders did a complete home renovation for me about 3 years ago. Overall, they did an excellent job for an excellent price. Firstly, communication was quick and responsive. Either Jim or America responded to any questions/concerns within the same day. I found them to be professional and helpful. The quality of the work was very good. Jim provided some very insightful ideas and suggestions as well. I ended up fixing the kitchen, floors, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, paint, new copper piping, raising the flooring, a new fireplace, and some other minor projects/touchups. Jim worked with me by only charging for labor and allowing us to buy our own materials. Overall, I'd highly recommend using OC Home Builders.”

For our new home, they measured and designed a fabulous two desk office with a wallbed and lots of storage, and they measured and designed a wet bar and wallbed system for our family room. Everything fit perfectly, and it was all installed promptly and on budget. The utilization of available space, the quality workmanship, and the get it done attitude are great. “After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Complete kitchen remodel, gutted and rebuilt. Replaced flooring entire downstairs. Remodeled fireplace. Remodeled downstairs and upstairs guest bathrooms. Deborah was amazing! Her professional knowledge and experience, her attention to detail was incredible, she ran the crew with high expectations. She reviewed our project as if it were her own, caring about every little detail. The communication the project progress was frequent and complete, leaving nothing in doubt. Our father passed away in our home during the construction. Her comforting compassion and sincerity was overwhelming, as was the crews. She told us when we were ready to resume to let her know. We would hire them again in a heart beat!”
