“My Wife and I hired Rick McGuire to do a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. He also installed cabinets over the desk area, new bi-fold doors covering the washer and dryer and replaced both windows in the front of the condo. They had to tear out the entire kitchen, raise the ceiling in the kitchen, install new lighting and glass tile back splash, replace both vanities and replace the entire master bath shower. The job took longer than expected but Rick and his crew were perfectionists. They also encountered plumbing problems in both baths and had to reconfigure two of the kitchen cabinets since there was a 4” pipe located behind the cabinets. While he was working on the project he always returned my phone calls and always showed up when scheduled. I would highly recommend Rick McGuire Construction for any home improvement.”

“The hardest part was finding someone to trust to remodel our Kitchen and two Bathrooms with care and professionalism. Since we never hired a contractor in Florida we didn't know where to start but we knew what we didn't want to end up with. Finding Jim was a true blessing. He explained all of our concerns up front without us even asking. Jim's design was much better than we could have imagined and the finished project is outstanding to say the least. We generally do not feel comfortable recommending any services or companies but with Jim Anderson we will not hesitate to anyone looking for kitchen and bath remodeling. “We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

“South Bay Home Services did a fantastic job on our remodel of our home. New tile flooring, new kitchen cabinets, opened our kitchen up and installed a beautiful counter top and installed two new vanities in both restrooms. The before and after pictures are amazing and we get so many compliments how beautiful our home looks. We are in the process of scheduling them to upgrade our shower in our master bathroom. I’d recommend them to all my friends and family. I’m so happy living in this beautiful home ❤️”
