“I wanted to update my dated stone wood burning fireplace so I called Eran at Pine Tree again after I was displeased with other recommendations for fireplace remodels. I was comfortable working with Eran and his team as they did an excellent job with my master bathroom remodel. As expected, Pine Tree put another outstanding team together to demo my old fireplace and do a modern concrete facade with an electric firebox insert. The project took longer than expected due to the unprecedented winter rains this year as they wanted to make sure every prep coat and layer was properly set before proceeding. It's easy going along with the recommendations from a quality team that I trust will do the best workmanship. I very happy with the outcome and love turning on the "fire" with a remote control.”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Amazing talent! They made the vision of my dream kitchen a reality. I would tell anyone looking for a custom kitchen to look no further...these brothers are the best! They are patient and thoughtful, focused on quality and ensuring you get exactly what you want and need from start to finish. We met with 5-6 different companies before we found these guys. Half were afraid to tackle our island design, others gave us quotes that were outrageous that used lower quality materials. They were fair and upfront about cost and timelines. They worked on my kitchen as if it was their own. They made extra efforts to help save cost without giving up quality. My husband and I have remodeled 3 kitchens in the past 15 years...we are very particular about how we want things and what we want. They took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied every step of the way. They used their extensive experience and thoughtfulness to fine tune and perfect the design before a single board was cut. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! “What can we say about Gino... He over delivers. When he originally quoted a completion date of 5 weeks while other quotes ranged from 10-12, we wondered how he could possibly do it so quickly. Not only was he completed in 4.5 weeks, but could have been a full week earlier if it was not for a delay on our side. Full kitchen reno in under 4 weeks is unheard of, let alone for impeccable quality. Gino is an extreme professional - he is as straight a shooter as they come. Every single thing was straightforward with absolutely no hidden agenda or items. Every aspect of the job was well thought out in advance, and his ability to improvise is unmatched. His creativity was evident in our first meeting, when he hand drew us a vision of what our kitchen could become. He has fantastic taste, and great attention to detail. He far exceeded our expectations. His team is top notch, and all very polite and professional. We've already referred Gino to 4 friends, and one project is already underway, with our friend saying the same thing - how could he possibly have made this much progress in only 3 days! Sounds very familiar! We are so glad to have met Gino, as we have not only found our Contractor for life, but a new friend as well. “Working with Guil and his dream team was an absolute joy. Not only did he work with me to develop my vision of my kitchen, he did so with an incredibly competitive rate. White oak custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, and some hardware flourishes that really make my kitchen mine. “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”
