“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail. Nightingale Co is extremely high level and therefore they get my highest level of recommendation!”

“I used MLN Builders to tearout, rebuild and expand my wooden deck. We used Trex. The results are fabulous! Work was timely and neat. Workers cleaned up the site every night. We had extra Trex left and MLN suggested adding benches. What a great idea I had not considered! Love the results! It transformed my backyard. I live out there in the summer.”

“The home was built axactly as promised. Oasis Homes provided excellent advise and answered every question. They assisted in dealing with the usual government bureaucracy. “Meeting Ed was one of the most fortunate things that has happened to me. To start with I had a general worry about builders in general. Many of my friends have had bad experiences with builders who have taken much longer than projected and worse yet gone far over budget. Thankfully, with Ed and Island Pointe this was not the case in fact we were under budget and have a much nicer home than envisioned when we drew the plans. Ed’s suggestions and additions are things you don’t get with other builders. I would highly recommend him for any project.”
