“I found MCB Motor City via Angie's List. My initial intent with my project was to simply come up with sound and economic stair rail and baluster project. Matt met and inspected the area and proposed his plan and it was agreed upon. On the first day of the project, the desire/intent/scope of project was changed by homeowners. Short Story: Amazing people to work with, Excellent quality and professional workmanship. Long Story: After being let down by several contractors I contacted Brennan Building Company (Leo). By this time I had adopted a bit of an attitude regarding the competency of local contractors. "WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE" * Leo showed up to look at the job and arrived exactly when he said he would. * He promised an estimate in a very reasonable time period. I received the estimate before the time period had expired. * They were quite busy and promised a start date that was a couple of months out. They started exactly when they said they would. He gave an estimated time of completion. The job took a little longer than estimated for a couple of reasons. 1: It was a very wet construction season. 2: I had added a couple line items to the original request I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They will be the first ones I call if I have future construction needs”
