“Provost Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn, shrubs, sprinkler system since our previous company closed. They fixed our sprinkler system which had been a huge problem for many years and planted arborvitae against our back fence along with much beds and it’s own sprinkler system.”

“I own a 1910 colonial. It has many quirky and regular issues. Rocky, the owner of Empire Home Improvement, is a very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and efficient craftsman. He provides excellent service and workmanship. His crew have done various projects, new plaster ceiling, replacement of original outdoor overhangs and a new door. All projects were completed efficiently and with expert craftsmanship.”

“Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”

“I would like to highly recommend Alpha Smart Builders and specially Deliandro Cruz, We work with Deliandro for the last 5 years, first he helped us renovate our house, few years later build a new kitchen and turn our "old" house to a modern amazing place. He is very reliable, professional and a person you can count on for the long run. He will always be available and creative and try to solve and suggest price appropriate options that can fit your budget. We renovate our kitchen and chose some very tricky non obvious arrangement, Deliandro worked with us closely never give up and the results are amazing!!”

“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties. This project gave me absolutely ZERO headaches thanks to Chris and his team. I strongly recommend Develop X to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional company.”
