“Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

“I hired Leighton Construction to build a two-story addition, create a open floor plan, and also remodel my kitchen and all of my bathrooms. It was a big project and I was impressed during all stages by Wes’ attention to detail and by his team’s craftsmanship. He and his team were very attuned to my wishes and worked hard to accommodate them at each stage. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Leighton Construction and would certainly hire them again for any project.”

“The Archambault Construction team and all their subcontractors were of the highest caliber. They were meticullous in every detail and brought the job in right on time and under budget. They treated my house and my time with the utmost respect. This was a complete kitchen demo and rebuild and surprisingly it was an enjoyable experience, thanks to Archambault Construction.”

“Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”

“Repaired a number of issues with the exterior of our house including rotted sofet and replaced the asphalt roof on our porch with a rubber roof (the roof was done by a sub I believe). The work was done int he time expected time frame and looks good. Workers were friendly and kept the work area's clean.”

“I would like to highly recommend Alpha Smart Builders and specially Deliandro Cruz, We work with Deliandro for the last 5 years, first he helped us renovate our house, few years later build a new kitchen and turn our "old" house to a modern amazing place. He is very reliable, professional and a person you can count on for the long run. He will always be available and creative and try to solve and suggest price appropriate options that can fit your budget. We renovate our kitchen and chose some very tricky non obvious arrangement, Deliandro worked with us closely never give up and the results are amazing!!”

“Without a doubt, Nick Sabella's craftsmanship and care for detail are admirable! His company rebuilt our front porch, relaid pavers for our driveway, and installed a front paver walkway. His estimate was spot-on when the final billing arrived, despite unanticipated additional work on our porch, and his crew were as thorough as a homeowner could ask for. “We couldn't be happier with the addition done by Steve and TruDesign. My husband and I hired Steve in April of 2017 to add a master bedroom and bath to our existing 2nd floor, as well as reconfigure a large portion of the 2nd floor and replace walls and doors in our home. With 3 very young children, we were apprehensive about having work done on our home, however, Steve was extremely patient, organized, and and thorough while working with our family. He communicated with us through the entire process, and was willing to offer design advice that enhanced the end product, but was always mindful of our budget. Steve's engineering skills certainly came in handy when it came to vaulting the ceilings in our bedroom, as well as adapting our existing plans to fit a master bath, which we very much wanted. Our remodel was both on-time, and within our budget. We are so happy with all of the renovations and upgrades done in our home, and we would highly recommend Steve and TruDesign to anyone looking for professional grade work done on their home!”
