Scott communicated with us each step of the way in an honest and straight-forward manner. He worked long hours to complete our project on-time and to our overwhelming satisfaction. Billing was fully transparent and reasonable. We did an Internet search to find a flooring contractor and are so very pleased we went with this company! No regrets!!”

“Jim Barton from Barton Legacy Builders was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His work was quality craftsmanship and he fulfilled all requirement of the contracts we had with him. He tore out rebuilt the floor of our deck and stairs in a a professional manner and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. We liked his work so much that we hired him a second time to tear down and rebuild stairs at another property. I highly recommend him as a contractor. I have already passed his name along to a couple of other friends.”

“I have used City Lights for 3 major renovation jobs in the past 13 years. We purchased a 90 year old Arts & Crafts bungalow style home in St. Louis that needed updating. Randy at City Lights listened, brought skilled craftsmen, adhered to budget and timeframes and helped us make our house our home. We spent $30K on the first renovation which included re-routing a stair case, renovating the kitchen and updating a master bedroom. We spent about $15K on the 2 subsequent renovations which included finishing the basement with bath installation and updating the master bath. Our updates blend perfectly with the historic features, leaving us with ease and convenience.”
