We were impressed with the trim work details and the care in which they protected the home when the subs were there. The design and finish work was exceptional. The home truly is beautiful. The project manager and builder were always readily available and responsive when we had questions.”

From the first consultation to the completion (of the garage), they have been professional and very accommodating to my requests and needs. The project required sub-contracting with other companies in which they made all of the contacts and arrangements to be most convenient for me. The project was completed in a reasonable amount of time (considering weather conditions), and I am very pleased with the final project.”

“Andrew did a great job renovating my small bathroom! He pays attention to details and went above and beyond with the plumbing and structure as well. If you show him what you want, he’ll recreate it as much as he can to the “T”! I would definitely recommend him and go for his services again! Even my cat loves it!”

“We hired Onesta to completely redo a small bathroom after the shower started to leak. Rick met with us promptly (some other firms we contacted took weeks to respond) and impressed us with his thoroughness and knowledge. He explained why we should use particular products to ensure a waterproof bathroom and provided an extremely detailed proposal. Between the age of the bathroom and the potential for water damage, we decided on demolition down to the studs and starting over. The only thing not replaced was the tub. Fortunately there wasn't any water damage, however, there were a few hiccups along the way that Rick dealt with quickly and professionally. Rick and his workers, either direct or subcontractors, were courteous and on time. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail throughout the process.”

“Stein Design has completed 4 jobs in two houses for us. What can I say about the quality of work; beautiful! Crew shows up on time and always cleans up at the end of each day. Trey (the owner) is so helpful with ideas for finishes, trim and tile. His lead carpenter is a real Master of his craft and does not cut corners. Their sub contractors are just as professional as their direct employees. Would hire them again in a minute. Jobs were two master baths, master bedroom and a staircase including custom bannister.”

The construction staff were on time, professional, asked questions to be sure they knew what I wanted, and left the house very clean and neat every evening when they were finished working. “Our experience with Las Aguilas Contracting was a bit unusual, because we had a fairly standard bath converted into a specialty one for a recovering invalid. These folks extended every courtesy for my husband, who had neck surgery. They waited to start full remodeling until all the special equipment was available, allowing full access to the toilet and vanity every night, while converting the bath area into a walk-in shower with fold down bench. A riser for the commode was located, and a vanity with special plumbing, Finally, non-slide tiles were installed across the room. They did a fantastic job--their workmen often working on the week-end, on budget. We will use them again on our next remodeling project.”
