“The whole team is professional, knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. The handle inspection and securing there was no mold, gotta love that. After a toilet malfunction we woke up to a small river in our bathroom. Their team not only did a quote but was impressed with the video used give a full understanding of the remolding process. The prices was reasonable but I am opting for outstanding work over price, after all I have to keep this bathroom forever.”

“Ben did an outstanding job for us in helping us select a house plan, lot, modifying the plan, reacting to requested changes during construction, follow-up during the year after closing and move-in. After we lived there for 4 years and we moved to another town, Ben did modifications for us in our new house there, and did an outstanding job again for us. I wish we were closer to Ben so that he could do more mods for us.”

Arkiay Construction worked on my Home project and the results were nothing short of excellent. Their initial quote was accurate throughout the project and there were no cost over-runs. “I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”

“We have used Brooks Henderson/Henderson Building Group for two renovations at our home. We were extremely pleased both times. The first was a renovation in our daylight basement of a recreation room and bathroom. They gutted our rec room, creating a stone fireplace, book cases, tile floor, and completely renovated a bathroom adjacent to the space. The second was a renovation of an upstairs bath room, installing new floors, tub surround and cabinets and sinks. We also asked them to add crown moulding in bedrooms and study where there had been none before.”

“I'm building a house with Dixon construction right now so this is in-progress. Jason Cloninger has been fantastic throughout the whole process. The house is coming along very well. The materials, construction, and finishes are all high quality at a super reasonable price. Highly recommended. I'll update when we're done in July or so.”

“I used HRock for stone veneer work on a chimney and some work on landscaping steps. They did a wonderful job. The chimney looks fantastic and the work appears to be done well. The price was better then others that quoted. Tony is responsive and helpful. I would have given five stars except that the site clean-up was not what it should have been, with construction debris being left behind. I would say having to clean-up afterwards was a small inconvenience compared to the amount saved by going with HRock.”
