The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. I would have given five stars except that the site clean-up was not what it should have been, with construction debris being left behind. I would say having to clean-up afterwards was a small inconvenience compared to the amount saved by going with HRock.”

“Wilson-Covington has completed 2 major remodeling jobs at our residence. The first project entailed adding a small porch/entry to the main entrance to our home. It is absolutely (exactly) how I envisioned it would turn out! It improved the curb appeal of our home, and functionally, provides shelter when entering and exiting our house. The project was finished within budget and in the time that had been projected. A couple of years later, when contemplating and planning a major (MAJOR!) upgrade to our kitchen and adjoining room, and adding additional square footage to create a very large eat-in kitchen and small sitting area, we again chose Wilson-Covington. Our previous experience assured us that we would be able to get the quality we knew that the company would provide, at a price that was reasonable and affordable. All of the sub-contractors were extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful and over-the-top thoughtful. It is not an easy task to work within the confines of a family's day-to-day living space, especially disabling the kitchen, which is typically one of the "hubs" of a home. Wilson-Covington did everything possible to ensure that the project did not have to be any more disruptive than it had to be. I would recommend this company for any construction project.”

“We hired Lost Ridge Construction to perform some rot remediation and replace a storm door and trim on a log cabin. Due to the unknown extent of the repair, we received a reasonable ballpark estimate up front with knowledge of their hourly rate and estimated people required. The work turned out to be quite a bit more extensive once the investigation progressed and more involved due to the location/attachment of a deck at the damaged area. Brandon promptly contacted us as soon as the extra work involved was discovered and we discussed options. In the end, we had some restructuring of the attached deck to permit the repair work, the storm door, some interior work including wood trim, and a small patch of tile done. This work was all done to our satisfaction. Brandon was responsive in addressing a leak in the storm door installation and latching of the interior door which had been re-hung/weatherstripped. Throughout the process we received many updates and photos of the project in progress.”
