“Urban Gardens were first class throughout the entire process. We renovated our back patio, and Dean's professionalism, creativity, and knowledge were second to none. The project started on time, ended on time, and was competitively priced. We've used Urban Gardens in the past, and will most certainly use them again. I would recommend them for any outdoor upgrade.”

“We worked with Garden Gate on two major yard renovation projects, in summer 2008 and fall 2010. From concept to completion, the entire team and experience, led by designer Cathy Carr, was first rate. I would describe us as "involved" clients and our input and feedback was welcomed throughout--including thoughtful understanding of parts of the project we wished to plant ourselves. The 2010 project involved many moving parts, including removal of existing concrete/asphalt driveway, stormwater flooding mitigation, installation of flagstone patio, water feature, stone steps and driveway pavers, as well as plant installation. When the following spring thaw revealed water seepage issues, they returned without hesitation to reroute drainage and solve the problem. The projects have transformed our outdoor living space and bring us great joy as we spend lots of time outside with family and friends.”

“If you have water issues on your property; have little or no experience on how to stop your property from becoming a swimming pool; and, are looking for the best solution, and a company that complete the job just like they said they would, you need to contact this company. My backyard has more definition and useful space. I would give all my landscaping projects to Zabrene Scapes.”

“We have hired Laura for several jobs in our yard, including building a 3-section compost bin with removable slats, an enclosure for our vegetable garden, and a very large fence enclosure for our dogs. The projects were done a few years ago, and there has been no deterioration at all in the materials, even with the rather severe weather we have had. Laura was always punctual, communicated clearly with us, worked very hard for long days, and completed her work without requiring any supervision or additional instruction. She is careful to use materials that are environmentally safe. Her work is of the highest quality; even other contractors seeing her work have commented on how well done the projects have been.”

“We used Meridian for a stone entry to our house. We had three bids and Meridian's was the best with good references. The overall quality of the job is superb and we are extremely satisfied. We did have an issue with the color of two pavers on the porch. We emailed Tim about it and within a day he came out and looked and agreed to replace them. No hassle, no argument -- just very polite and accommodating. The next morning they were replaced. I strongly recommend these folks.”
