“We hired New Canaan to re-do our backyard and make it into an outside living area complete with a new structure attached to our home, a bar area, fire pit, lighting, landscaping, irrigation and drainage. We had a hard deadline for them to meet as well. Although New Canaan was hired as the "general contractor", as with any large and creative project, there will be decisions that have to be made along the way. There will also be some trial and error, and there will be a lot of communication required. I stayed very engaged and surveyed the work being done at the end of every day. This was a great practice in order to give feedback, ask questions, and collaborate. In the end, the project was finished on time and was very beautifully done. The CEO, project manager, and design consultant listened very closely and provided satisfactory solutions to all of our questions and concerns. I would recommend anyone looking for high end quality design and work to look at New Canaan.”

“We hired Landscape Pros for our backyard landscaping project. It included installing paver stones, artificial turf, planting trees and irrigation for the trees. They very quickly removed the existing concrete and prepared the land for installing pavers. They planned the job well and there were no hiccups later. We worked with Nop for this project and he was especially helpful throughout the process. He made frequent visits during design phase to explain all the possible options, provide quotes and suggest alternatives. He also made sure to answer all the questions along the way and considered all our requests. He is also available even after the project is complete to make sure we do not run into any issues. “Mark and his team did a wonderful job relandscaping our backyard. They completely ripped out the old grass and re-soded the area. They also reshaped the lawn area into a waved rounded edge. The perimeter of the yard was done with woodchips and the 3 old fruit trees were taken out and replaced with new beautiful trees. He updated the irrigation sprinkler system to be full coverage and easy to operate. My favorite part of the whole project was that they laid down a flagstone walkway and a very artistically done Inset Flagstone wood burning fire pit. It is absolutely beautiful and one-of-a-kind. Without asking they installed two French drains to keep the yard from flooding.I was so impressed with the overall quality of work and attention to detail. Mark took us personally over to the nursery to pick out our individual trees and plants and went over and beyond to accommodate all of our add-ons and changes. This company operates with the upmost professionalism and respect. I would highly recommend them and have recommended them to family and friends. They’re pricing was very reasonable and the end result could not have come out any better. They absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. I have had some horrible Experiences with contractors in the past. I have high expectations and I can be a difficult person to please. It was so nice to feel well taken care of this time.
