Appreciated all the details he provided explaining work to be done and expectations as it was early in the season. It was done in a timely manner and we are extremely happy with the finished work!! Weather is the ruler and it is all about the base so you have to appreciate Domenic wanting to do it right the first time, which should be expected with contractors but not always the case. He inspected the porch and the skylight and found a much bigger problem. The next day his guys replaced the skylight and fixed the porch. They ended up saving me thousands. Highly recommend them. We can't say enough good things about Ian and his crew. Ian always arrived for meetings with us exactly when he said he would. He and his designer made great suggestions and helped us tweak our original plan to make our yard even better than we hoped. His crew work unbelievably hard and were very respectful of the fact we have young kids around. They always left the job site neat and tidy at the end of the day. They were wonderful in dealing with our neighbours, as well. Ian came by once or twice a day to make sure all was well with the project.
