“I am pleased to recommend Mike Storch of Storch Entertainment Systems LLC. Five years ago Tri-City Electrical Contractors advised me to hire Mike Storch to assist with our large and complicated entertainment system. Mike is always knowledgeable and cooperative for the task at hand. Just recently, Mike bailed me out with Brighthouse when their technician did not know how to change out a cable box in our system. Mike sent his technician over within 15 minutes, and assisted Brighthouse with the cable box installation. I will happily continue to use Mike Storch of Storch Entertainment to maintain and upgrade our systems.”

“I give AV360 FL a well earned and deserved five star rating! My experience with AV360 FL began when I was seeking help with an issue regarding my 75 inch TV. Unfortunately, during the troubleshooting process I discovered that my unit was two months beyond the factory one year warranty!!!, UUUGH-BUMMMER! At that point AV360 FL thoroughly explained the issue with my unit and we both reached the conclusion that a repair would be more costly than a replacement. Keeping economics and quality as priorities AV360 FL researched a replacement 75 inch unit that matched my priorities! The customer service was five star, the attention to my priorities was five star, my total experience was five star, and I rate AV360 FL as the BEST solution to any audio visual issue(s) you are experiencing.”
