The previous contractor did not install the Whirlpool tub in the master bathroom (2nd floor) correctly which caused water to drain into the floor. The ceiling eventually caved in on the first floor. He repaired the tub and fixed the ceiling while taking into consideration water damage and mold caused by the previous contractors poor workmanship.
