Laura Lee HomePreviously used as an office, this space had an awkwardly placed window to the left of the fireplace. By removing the window and building a bookcase to match the existing, the room feels balanced and symmetrical. Panel molding was added (by the homeowner!) and the walls were lacquered a deep navy. Bold modern green lounge chairs and a trio of crystal pendants make this cozy lounge next level. A console with upholstered ottomans keeps cocktails at the ready while adding two additional seats.

Designs by CherylThis cozy and inviting Family room is comfortable and more importantly functional. Any guest will feel comfortable and have access to any table for their drinks. Functional design is so important yet beautiful. The calming cream colored walls make everything else bounce perfectly in colors making a soothing and welcoming space. The seating is quality made to sit comfortably. The custom window treatments open up these large windows for beautiful views. Keeps this space airy and open. Lighting is equally balanced also giving enough lighting needed, yet pretty. The mixing of patterned fabrics along with the rug show you it can be done in keeping a good balance.
This Family room is warm, cozy, and so pretty!

Lenox House DesignThe centerpiece of this living room is the 2 sided fireplace, shared with the Sunroom. The coffered ceilings help define the space within the Great Room concept and the neutral furniture with pops of color help give the area texture and character. The stone on the fireplace is called Blue Mountain and was over-grouted in white. The concealed fireplace rises from inside the floor to fill in the space on the left of the fireplace while in use.

Nautilus HomesSiesta Key Low Country great room and kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, exposed wood beams, vaulted ceilings, and patio area.
This is a very well detailed custom home on a smaller scale, measuring only 3,000 sf under a/c. Every element of the home was designed by some of Sarasota's top architects, landscape architects and interior designers. One of the highlighted features are the true cypress timber beams that span the great room. These are not faux box beams but true timbers. Another awesome design feature is the outdoor living room boasting 20' pitched ceilings and a 37' tall chimney made of true boulders stacked over the course of 1 month.
