Crew was on time and even worked weekends and holidays! No horror stories to tell and I would highly recommend Fidelity General Contractors and Karen Mizrahi to do any of your remodeling projects!”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“I went into my bathroom renovation with a pretty good idea of what I wanted (I made a moodboard... lol) Bathremo helped me refine my ideas, gave some great suggestions, and sourced the items for fantastic prices, Max , he and his team were so lovely. They made friends with my dog, wrapped the pathway to my bathroom in plastic, and the quality of their work was beyond. They were communicative throughout the entire process, and when a fumble happened - my medicine cabinets couldn't be recessed due to plumbing in the walls - they came up with a great solution. I am so happy with the final product, and the entire process!”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Working with Guil and his dream team was an absolute joy. Not only did he work with me to develop my vision of my kitchen, he did so with an incredibly competitive rate. White oak custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, and some hardware flourishes that really make my kitchen mine. “We are a big family so I searched for my dream kitchen with a price I could afford. What I got was a cute from Green works was a fabulous kitchen. I believe in a sustainable and eco-friendly approach to my kitchen. I decided 10 Elements for my Dream Kitchen as following: 1. Open shelving and lift-up doors for upper cabinets 2. Full-extension drawers on bottom 3. Double Ovens 4. Warming drawers 5. Farmhouse sink with one or two smaller sinks 6. Two dishwashers 7. Purified water 8. Pot-filler faucet 9. Large island with lots of bar stools 10.Large refrigerator and freezer I am 100% happy with my super kitchen. Chandra Khatri”

“Honesty and integrity is the company’s Moto and that is the truth. Not only did I get real stone from them but their pricing was great. My shower came out beautiful and I got the custom pan. Every other company wanted to put a cheap fiberglass pan. Highly recommend!”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”
