She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

“Major renovations at our second home in Brandon, VT. Required complete redesign and reconstruction of the space on the first floor with partial redesign of the second floor with new bathroom added. It was a pleasure to work with Cliff and his crew of Three Oaks Construction and the several sub-contractors that he brought in for various specialized tasks that were part of this major renovation project. Every individual, whether directly on Cliff’s team or part of a sub-contractor’s team, was someone who took pride in their workmanship in every detail that was part of this project and it was obvious to us as we progressed. Even though the renovation was designed with blue-prints supplied by the designer, we got numerous suggestions for alternate approaches from Cliff and his team as the project progressed. Several of these ideas made the alteration have better utility or looks or both. Being in a situation where we had time since we did not have a hard deadline when we were planning on moving into the space, we were able to consider and assess several of the alternatives and act upon the ones we saw most suitable for us. Overall, it was a great experience working with a crew of people who were always pleasant to work with and ready to listen to suggestions and/or questions that arose as the renovations progressed.
