“I’ve worked with Ibrahim and Ali for both an interior kitchen renovation, as well as a buildout of a detached dwelling unit in our backyard. They did a great job estimating costs, and it was a huge plus that they have the ability to self-perform most of their work so that they are not reliant on subcontractors to finish the job. Ali is an incredibly skilled craftsman who works with efficiency and accuracy.”

“We have a 50 year old house that had a very small kitchen in the front of the house. We have 2 acres and wanted to see the beautiful back yard. Melissa Sutherland knew exactly what we wanted, to see the view out back. From the beginning to the end we were never disappointed. From the barrel ceiling with the faux finishes on the recess cans to the stove hood that looks like it came straight from France, I'm a very pleased customer! Then where the kitchen was in front, we changed into a den we all hang out in. Along with the kitchen, we enlarged the patio and added a screened-in gazebo so my husband can smoke his cigars and I don't get eaten alive by the mosquito's. We love the look of our updated home. Next room, The Master bedroom!!!”

“We decided to hire Stoeppler Construction because the business owner lived in our neighborhood. We felt that alone would mean he would have an interest in completing the job as requested and also to preserve his own neighborhood. We made a great decision! Steve and his crew were extremely professional. One of my biggest complaints about hiring a general contractor on a big job is that communication can get lost or muddled between the GC and the subcontracted crews who do most of the work. Steve and his foremen handled this splendidly. Each a time we encountered a small change or deviation from the original estimate Steve was able to quickly provide updated costs and estimates in writing. We were expecting a baby around the deadline for the completion of our work. On the day our kitchen was to be complete, the baby was born. Steve and his crew worked diligently to get our house back to a livable condition before the new baby arrived home from the hospital. I would highly recommend Steve Stoeppler and his wonderful crew to handle your next home improvement!”

“DL Construction exceeded my expectations on how quickly and reasonably things could be done. Even though our project grew in scope it was managed professionally and when challenges arose, as they always will, they were met with solutions that left us feeling good with how they were handled. Not to mention, communication was great during the whole process which makes it much easier to keep your project on track! I couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“Gregg and Rains Building Group were outstanding. From our first meeting to the final walk-through, Alex, Jake, and the entire team were accessible and accommodating. After reviewing our plans, they made it clear that there was flexibility and that all communications would be open, accounted for, and documented. All the fears of building a custom home were eliminated by the kindness, understanding, and face to face meetings. There was never a minute when the status of our project was unknown whether it was the change orders, cost impact, or planned finishing date. When Kathy and I visit in other homes, we realize that the right decision was made when we chose Gregg and Rains.”
