“Back in the year 2012 our bathroom was in desperate need of some work. I had 3 estimates done. The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!! We will NEVER have anyone else do the work as long as Building Renewal are in business. The bathroom turn out better than I could have imagined you want this company for your next anything!!!!”

In addition to high quality work done within the estimated time frame, a couple other things set True Concepts apart. First, communication was really clear and helpful; so many contractors do a poor job with that. Second, True Concepts provided creative thinking and problem-solving. We'll definitely hire True Concepts again.”

We were looking for someone to install a backsplash and our contractor suggested we reach out to ASA for a quote. Andy and Sarah quickly responded to our request, providing a very competitive quote while also helping us with design ideas. We were so impressed with their initial engagement we asked them if they would be interested in some additional work, finishing the interior of our garage. We quickly received a competitive quote and we made the decision to have them complete the additional project. We could not be more pleased with the outcomes with both the backsplash and the work completed in the garage. Andy and Sarah are true professionals. They set a schedule, always showing up on time, did great work and delivered on their promises. Throughout the process they also provided us design ideas/considerations that proved extremely helpful. “DeAnne helped me with two remodeling projects. "Helped" is not the word I should choose. She was the general contractor hiring and scheduling all the sub-contractors, scheduling appointments with suppliers (appliances, lighting fixtures, carpet, tile, granite, paint). She also accompanied me on shopping trips to select accessories, etc. DeAnne worked within my time constraints--each remodeling project had to be completed within a three-month time frame since we occupy the property in question for a short period each year and I needed to be present while the work was in progress. DeAnne obviously has a terrific working relationship with all her subs and suppliers. She is very well-respected in the industry which spilled over into my relationships with them. I would definitely hire DeAnne for future projects and have recommended her to several of my friends.”
