“I have known Cory since he was my neighbor in Meyers, so I knew he was an honest and responsible individual with strong skills as a builder. I met Danny when I hired them to do interior remodel work on our home and to build a us a custom gazebo. Danny too proved to be totally honest and professional. Besides this, both are hell of nice guys: if you value contractors who also feel like they are your friends, these are your guys.
They installed hardwood flooring & stairs through most of our home along with other work: everything turned our splendidly. I made a sketch of a "dream" gazebo which I showed them; they created it just as I wanted, beautifully crafted and amazingly sturdy.
Besides being good men and reliable (hardworking and timely) contractors they have a totally green ethic. I have the highest regard for them and their quality work.”

They helped us from the start with a vision of a revised floor plan and also made themselves available to help us choose materials that met our design vision at a reasonable cost. They also handled all of the interaction with the condo association. The work itself was done at top quality levels despite the labor challenges in the Tahoe area and we have received many compliments from friends and family in the construction industry about the quality of the work. The punch list of follow up items was handled promptly and efficiently. The project came in near the estimated budget cost and we have been very happy with our new condo.”

“We hired Robert Wise in April 2013 as a general contractor, to build a vacation house in the Tahoe Donner community in Truckee, cA.
Given that this is the first house we've built, and since we live 200 miles from Truckee, we didn't know what to expect and were worried that the project will go sideways without constant supervision and experience managing such projects.
However, Robert gained our utmost trust from the very beginning. Every conversation we've had with Robert, whether in person, on the phone, or over email, was pleasant and professional. Robert was always completely transparent in his decision making, shared best-practices from his many years of experience, and helped us avoid costly mistakes. He was hands-on during the drafting phase, and gave us good advice when designing the internal layout and materials of the house.
Robert displayed exemplary work ethics, working through weekends and bad weather in a race against time to get the house sealed in time for winter. Unlike other contractors we've interviewed, Robert enjoys and takes pride in actually working on the house, rather than managing the project from the trailer.
In summary, we were extremely lucky to have found and hired Robert to build our house. The house is beautiful, the construction was completed on time and in budget.”
