“I found this contractor on Angie's list. I communicated with the owner Drew Dennis via email about painting our condo at the beach. We set up everything via email, including choosing a paint color. He sent Greg to do the job. Greg went above and beyond, not only doing a great job with the painting, but helping us to coordinate the pickup of some furniture that we donated, as well as installing some new light fixtures. We are planning to renovate the kitchen and baths and have already contacted Drew about working up a bid for us.”

“Blue Collar Builders is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsmen. Another important asset this company has is communication. Communication has been stellar and if they were going to be late or unable to make it for an unforeseen reason, they immediately let me know and didn't let me "wonder" if and when they'd arrive. In the end, my kitchen remodel and new exterior siding was everything and more than I was hoping for. Pricing was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend this company without reservation. You made me and my family very happy and proud of our new kitchen. Thank you!”

“We just finished building our new home with Keith and Teresa. Was a great experience and a pleasure to business with. We had talked to 2 large builders in area before coming to Keith. I am so glad we did not go with the big builders. When you go to big builder, you deal with a sales person instead of a builder, cannot customize and if you ask a question they say they will have to let you know that they will have to ask the builder. When dealing with Walther Custom homes, you are talking with builder directly. Keith was very patient with all my questions and concerns during the process. Our home turned out great and exactly how we wanted. Anytime I called with a concern or issue, Keith always responded with he will take care of it and was done right. I was at the site everyday during build and was able to see process and talk to his contractors. Most have been with him for over 10 years and have nothing but good to say about him. Since he uses same contractors on every home, he knows the quality will be there and will be done right. Do not be afraid to be at site every day and to ask questions if something does not look right. Dealing with Keith and Teresa you are treated like family from start to close, even after close.”
