“Andy's first project was our back deck in 2021. His attention to detail, pride, and craftsmanship in the job, made it an easy decision that we would hire him again. We did glass panel railings and added gorgeous lighting. About a year later we hired him to renovate 2 bathrooms. He guided us to a great local cabinet and local tile company he has worked with for years. Both companies that apply the same level of detail as him. He always adds a creative touch that improves the functionality, and was willing to work with my creative ideas too. In my kids bathroom, we put a lot of thought into getting the right placement for shelving in the shower and we have a motion-sensored under vanity lighting (to light the floor) to act as a night light. Every time I walk in the bathroom I think it just looks stunning. We will definitely hire Andy for future projects.”

“I used ACS Construction to renovate my basement (utility and laundry rooms, storage...). I was extremely pleased by the organisation of construction activities, the end product and follow-up. ACS employs staff who are at the same time licensed for plumbing (water and gas), electrical, and carpentry/drywall simplifying the coordination between various trades. Plumbing and electrical works were independently inspected before closing. ACS price was competitive and dealing with German, ACS owner, and his staff was very pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend him for renovation projects.”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Masters for any job you are considering.
