“Johnathan contacted our firm a few months ago looking to get an outdoor living and swimming pool design to wow his client. Wow his client is what he did. “Over the past year, Eric and his team at Cornerstone Property completed 3 large-scale landscaping projects at our home which sits on 1.2 acres. These projects included removal of plants, groundcover & trees which were overgrown, diseased and unsightly. In addition, the existing landscaping had damaged the drainage, irrigation & landscape lighting. Eric worked with our HOA to ensure our project was compliant with the covenants. Eric had the expertise and crew to complete our projects from start to finish which included removal of vegetation, filling & leveling to proper grade, installing new drainage, irrigation & lighting. Following this work, new sod was installed, landscaping beds, trees, plants and mulch. The key to the success of these projects was Eric, the owner, being onsite to supervise and be available to us. We are extremely happy with the outcome and continue to use Cornerstone for our landscaping needs. Our neighbors, family and friends continue to be amazed and comment on the transformation of our property.”
