“I had moved into a new-build and knew that if I tried to decorate it all myself, it would never get done and I so wanted a warm and welcoming home. I took the plunge to ask for interior design help with the majority of the house: living room, dining area, hallway, bedrooms and study. Engaging with an interior designer is something I never thought I would do, as I’ve never been one for too much extravagance, but am so so deep down glad I did and that I chose Jane as not only have I needed up with a beautiful warm and comfortable home that flows, but Jane made it such an enjoyable experience. She really got what I wanted and delivered it beyond any expectations. The choices of colour palettes Jane gave me to start with were just sublime and she mixed patterns, shades and fabrics that I would never in a million years do. What set her apart for me was: the relationship we built; her attentiveness and responsiveness even when she was going through her own trials and tribulations; her patience and kindness when I wouldn’t accept any dining room solution (because she tenaciously kept looking, we ended up with the perfect look!); her clear passion for colours, fabrics & cushions!; her wonderful tradesmen who she obviously has a great relationship with and her professionalism. Everything was well managed, clear budgetary expectations were set at the start and that clarity continued throughout the project. I can’t rate Jane highly enough as someone who has turned my plain new build house into a welcoming home with “Understated elegance””

“If you are thinking about updating your home to have the show house finish or even to lift the look of your home to the next level of jaw dropping gorgeousness, then don’t do anything until you have met with XS Interiors. They are just amazing. My husband and I are anything but easy to please and we have completely different tastes in what we think looks good. We are professionals who work extremely long hours and just don’t have the energy to look at home design. We met XS Interiors at the SECC Home Show and from there on in it has been a real pleasure to look at improving our home. There’s a phrase I didn’t think I would ever use! We have a fabulous 5 bedroom Cala house however, it has never really felt like home until recently. We met with Loraine Interior Designer and her team and described what we thought we wanted, the look we thought would look good. Loraine then carried out a home visit and made some suggestions, went away and came back with some amazing design ideas. I would never have thought of some of the great combinations either. Loraine managed to source items and fabulous fabrics at a really reasonable price for us. We had several visits from Loraine and her attention to detail, especially her patience has been endless. We decided we would upgrade the house in four phases . We have just finished phase one and it is absolutely gorgeous. We have things which we have never seen anywhere else. Stunning! Loraine can design and source a quality look for you which is certainly value for money. The day Loraine and her team arrived to dress the house, hang the pictures, mirrors and other art work they worked endlessly. The finished results speak volumes. “Would highly recommend. Great attention to detail, work completed to very high standard. Reasonable price. Chris went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom was complete before our holiday. He picked up a new toilet when the one we had ordered was damaged. The team left the area clean and tidy each day, and Greg one of the fitters Cleaned the bathroom and the hall with a lot of attention at end of job. Whole experience was pretty stress-free.
