“We have had an awesome experience with "The Cactus" that we engaged for our 3.5 BHK, full-home apartment interior. They did the full-home tile replacement, false ceiling and the complete home interior. We arrived at the final design after several rounds of constructive discussions with designer Akansha. We engaged with her more than 6 months before the apartment handover that left us with lots of time to think through and revisit the ideas. During the design phase, Akansha would freely share her own opinions and inputs that we could consider before making final design choices. During the execution phase that lasted for about 3.5 months the beautiful design became a stunning reality, flawlessly executed by Akansha and her execution time. It was so amazing to see that the final output of each room matched and sometimes bettered the render design. Akansha skillfully accommodated our specific requirements and preferences while being candid on ideas that would and would not work. Akansha has been creative, accommodative, patient and has taken great ownership and responsibility for her work. She accompanied us for numerous store visits for selection of laminates, finishes, door handles, tile, kitchen top, curtains, paint, wallpaper and guided us to make our selections in an efficient way sharing all the pros and cons of our selections. We felt confident about our selections owing to the information and productive discussions with Akansha. Akansha also provided design consultation for selection of sofa and other home furniture. The execution team at "The Cactus" were thoroughly professional to complete all the planned work items on time. We made site visits only when requested and never had to baby sit or oversee any of the work. Akansha and her team were quite thorough, detail oriented and owned the work completely. They were gracious enough to accommodate several other work like helping with installation of fans & lights, bathroom fittings and even doubled up to receive delivery and oversee installation of electrical appliances. They have been such good professionals that they feel responsible for all the work they have done and open to fix anything based on suggestion even if it was a small blip that can be corrected. Overall, we have had an excellent experience working with Akansha and The Cactus team. The money spent has been fully worthwhile. They have delivered us a beautiful family home that we can cherish for the years to come.”
