“I recently bought from IQMatics a few contemporary furniture sets for living, family and recreation rooms. The furniture sets were selected from the store website; therefore, before making the final transaction, I had many questions. I contacted the store staff frequently. Every time, they were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided detailed information and photos on every item. After choosing several pieces of furniture, they had to be shipped from Chicago, IL to Washington, DC. I requested the white glove delivery, which was on time, fast, efficient and relatively low-cost. Every piece was well packed and protected. All furniture looks terrific. It is a high-end European design. The quality of leather or alcantara is superb. I believe that furniture offered by IQMatics is an alternative to the fashionable but pricey Roche Bobois. I plan to purchase more furniture from them in the near future.”

“I am going to start with some negative comments first. I purchased family room furniture from the Lombard "Oak Brook" Ethan Allen store. I called first and made an appointment and told the sales rep that I wanted the retreat sectional in dark brown leather. I also let her know I wanted additional pieces but I was not sure what would coordinate and fit with my room. I spent about an hour and purchased two Avery chairs, one Avery ottoman, and the sectional. I left telling the rep that I still needed tables etc. and she said she would review and get back to me. I made several phone calls and sent her two email messages and NEVER heard back. Really? I was thoughtful enough to make and appointment when 99% of the time I am sure it's all just walk in business, was decisive on my decisions and didn't make her go through the trouble of doing a home visit. After spending all that money and telling her I wanted to spend more she couldn't even bother to send me an email? Frustrated, I headed out to several other stores, Macy's, Carson's, Walter E Smithe etc, but couldn't find a thing so I headed over to Ethan Allen in Naperville, wow, what a difference in service. I cannot say enough nice things about Denise Mullen. I explained my issues with the other store and she assured me things were much different, I guess she would actually let me spend my money. I only spent about 15 minutes with her but she took all my information, had my floor plan, had the list of items I purchased and followed up with an email with her suggestions. A few days later she followed by phone so I went back in and purchased a coffee table, which I absolutely LOVE (delivered about a week ago). I still need end tables but she is going to stop out when the sectional arrives to figure out what will work best. She also suggested a shelving unit which I had not even considered but will absolutely purchase when I buy my end tables. Also making Ethan Allen worthy of five stars is the customer service department, I have spoken with Ann a few times and she has been outstanding. When she scheduled delivery of the chairs and ottoman she saw the coffee table was due in and made sure it got on the same truck so I wouldn't need to take yet another day off for the delivery. His craftsmanship is wonderful!
