They walked me through the process of building a custom piece, from the type of wood I wanted to pricing to shipping, explaining everything thoroughly. The final product delivered to me was packed in such a way that it arrived to me securely without so much as a scratch. The custom coffee table they built me was less a table and more pure artwork. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for excellent craftsmanship and unique ideas.”

“Working with ReclaimedInTheUSA has been nothing short of an excellent experience! Working with Aimee was an absolute pleasure. She was prompt in her replies, thorough with her responses, & very understanding. I had a few special requirements and she was willing to work with me. The shipping was fast. Considering the Xmas Holiday rush, this was impressive. The boxes were marked appropriately, to be handled with care. Even if this was ignored, the amount of protection and care that was given for each stool was more than sufficient. The craftsmanship & finish was top notch! They are gorgeous! I was hesitant to purchase 4 unseen, but so glad I did. The Coopers Stamps were another nice touch! I would not hesitate to work with Aimee again and will be doing so shortly to add an 18" stool to the collection. Extremely Satisfied!!!”
